We are looking for a technical Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) who will contribute with know-how and passion to make our customers even more successful with our publishing platform Purple.
YOUR TASKS
- As part of the Customer Success team, you will be the point of contact for support and feature requests from our Purple customers in the B2B segment.
- You support our customers in troubleshooting complex technical problems and application issues
- You help with the integration and configuration of Purple Tools
- You advise our customers on customization requests and identify optimization potentials
- You work closely with the development team and support product development based on customer feedback
- You identify customer needs and help them become even more successful with Purple
- You ensure the knowledge transfer as well as the continuous optimization of our support processes
- You are responsible for customer onboarding and turning our customers into Purple experts
WHY YOU
- You have experience in customer support ideally in SaaS B2B business
- practical experience in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) are desirable
- You have experience in the technical/software environment (through studies or profession) and bring along a very good technical understanding
- You are a problem solver and love helping customers achieve their goals

- You are open, helpful and like to communicate with people
- You speak fluent German and very good English
